AI‑Specific Data Practices
Prompts & Outputs
Prompts, reference files, and outputs may be processed to deliver the Services, troubleshoot, and enforce our policies. We minimize review and restrict access to authorized personnel.
Model Providers
We may route your Content to third-party artificial intelligence service providers to generate results. Transmission occurs over encrypted channels. These providers act as processors under our instructions and may also process data in accordance with their own policies.
Training & Improvement
By default, we do not use your Content to train our models unless you explicitly opt in. We may use aggregated and de‑identified Usage Data for analytics and product improvement. Business/Enterprise workspaces may have separate data controls.
Safety & Moderation
To keep the platform safe, automated systems and limited human review may analyze Content to detect policy violations (e.g., illegal content, spam, harassment, IP infringement).
